Celebrating Pride Month: Empowering Queer Voices Through Partnership
Pride Month was a busy month for all. NetGain Partners was proud to support two incredible organizations whose work uplifts queer communities across Canada.
Welcoming the People With AIDS Foundation
We are thrilled to welcome the People With AIDS Foundation (PWA) as a new client. PWA recently acquired a building at 163 Queen Street East in Toronto, marking a major milestone in their capacity to serve the community. With this permanent home secured, they have engaged NetGain for strategic guidance on how to best optimize the space to support operations, community gatherings and future expansion.
Over the coming weeks, our team will work closely with PWA to understand their priorities through stakeholder interviews, spatial assessment and programming workshops. Our goal is to help transform the Queen East location into a dynamic hub that:
maximizes accessible and welcoming layout design
supports both drop-in services and private consultations
anticipates multimedia storytelling needs
balances operational efficiency with community warmth
By applying data and insight-led recommendations, we are helping ensure the space meets both current practical needs such as their Essentials Market and therapeutic care offerings, and future goals as PWA deepens its impact.
Continuing Our Work With the Arquives
Our long-term client, the Arquives, remains a valued partner. During Pride Month we organized a national consultation tour, gathering regional insights to inform their digital exhibits and storytelling strategy. We continue to collaborate with them, using the new queer community data we collected to shape campaigns that connect local needs to national visibility.
Looking Ahead
With PWA’s new Queen East building and our ongoing work with the Arquives, NetGain is excited to help both organizations amplify queer voices across Canada. Whether through inclusive space planning in Toronto or community-informed storytelling from coast to coast, this work reflects our commitment to communication as a tool for equity and connection.
We look forward to sharing updates in the months ahead, including space activation plans with PWA and the launch of new programs at the Arquives shaped by our Pride Month engagement.
