Clark Reed
Clark is a senior human resources specialist with NetGain Partners. He has an MBA and is a CMC (Certified Management Consultant) and a CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional). Prior to working with NetGain and running his own consulting company, he was a principal human resources consultant for 10 years with Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young Management Consultants in Toronto .
Clark 's consulting experience includes the full range of human resources activities with a major focus on management development. He has designed and conducted training needs surveys and produced and delivered development programs to meet those needs. He has carried out assignments in the not-for-profit and private sectors, in both small and large organizations in a wide range of industries.
As a former professional dancer in England and Europe , Clark has first-hand experience and a strong interest in the cultural sector. In 2001 he conducted the successful search for the new Executive Director of the Ontario Arts Council. In 2003, he led a national research project on best practices in the cultural sector resulting in a series of self-help HR �toolkits� for the Cultural Human Resources Council.
Clark 's earlier experience includes several years experience in human resources consulting in the U.S. , England and Europe .
